Tinubu Arrives Berlin for Fourth G20 Investment Summit

President Bola Tinubu has arrived the Marriot Hotel, Berlin, venue of the Fourth G20 Investment Summit on German Business and the Compact with Africa (CwA) Countries.

The president, who arrived at about 9.12 am in the company of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and some other presidents and Heads of government, is to feature as panel discussant on the topic: ‘Fostering local value chains and investments in Africa – The role of the German private sector.’

Those to join President Tinubu in discussing the topic are German Chancellor Scholz, President Allassane Quattara of Cote D’ivoire, President Samuel Ruto of Kenya, Prime Minister Aziz Akhennouch of Kingdom of Morocco, President Macky Sall of Senegal and Sabine Dall’Omo, CEO, Sub-Saharan Africa, Siemens AG.

The discussion is due after the opening keynote address delivered by German Chancellor Scholz who welcomed the G20 member-nations and observer-nations to the one-day summit aimed at fostering stronger economic relations between the G20 and the African continent.
