Springpet Homes has successfully delivered the first phase of its Vista Residence project ahead of schedule, marking a significant milestone in the company’s 2025 development agenda.

The residential project, which commenced in February 2025 after its official groundbreaking, progressed under a structured execution plan with steady construction activities maintained throughout the development cycle.

Speaking on the achievement, the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Kenneth Reginald, said the early delivery reflects the company’s commitment to efficiency and quality. “Completing the first phase of Vista Residence ahead of schedule demonstrates our focus on disciplined planning, effective supervision, and consistent on-site execution,” he stated.

The first phase of the project was completed and handed over in December 2025, achieving delivery within eight months surpassing the initial project timeline. Industry observers note that the early completion underscores strong coordination across planning, construction, and project management teams.
