With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Oluwanishola A. Aruna has built a distinguished career as a compliance and risk management expert. He specializes in anti-money laundering (AML), cryptocurrency, blockchain analysis, and financial crime prevention. His professional journey includes leadership roles at Coinbase, JPMorgan Chase, KPMG, and other global institutions, where he successfully led investigations, designed compliance programs, and strengthened financial systems against risks of fraud and money laundering.

Beyond his global career, Aruna’s heart beats for Lagos—particularly Surulere, where he was born and raised. Through the OMT Eko Initiative, he channels his expertise and influence into grassroots change. The movement is dedicated to addressing pressing community needs, from education (Back2School Project), Civic advocacies on CVR, healthcare access, and food security, to support for widows, single mothers, and mentorship for young people.

The initiative also serves as the launchpad for the Ganiyat Olawale Victoria Aruna Foundation, a nonprofit committed to honesty, compassion, and responsibility in public service.
