Velox Real Estate and Investment Limited has awarded two plots of land to the winners of the Mr Macho and Miss NYSC (Batch A1) contest held at the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) orientation camp in Rivers State.

This initiative highlights the company’s commitment to supporting young Nigerians’ aspirations and fostering nation-building through strategic investments in their future.

In a spirited show of support, Velox presented the winners, Ms. Kingsley Chimebere Praise (Miss NYSC) and Mr. Hitler Timipanipre Richman (Mr. Macho), with the plots of land, providing them with a tangible foundation for financial independence.

Speaking on her victory, Praise expressed profound gratitude, describing the gesture as life-changing and noting that Velox had made her a landlord at a critical stage in her life. Similarly, Mr. Hitler Timipanipre Richman visibly moved to tears upon receiving his plot, praised the company for its bold and inspiring approach to youth support.

For the contest organizers, this marks the first time a real estate company has gone beyond mere sales to genuinely invest in the futures of young graduates, making a lasting impact on their lives.

In addition to awarding land, Velox has extended side-earning opportunities to interested corps members, enabling them to explore additional income streams while serving. This initiative reinforces the company’s belief that national service should be a stepping stone to lasting financial stability.

According to Velox, real estate is more than land to them— it’s about legacy. By empowering corps members with assets and opportunities, they expressed commitment to shaping a new generation of financially independent, forward-thinking Nigerian youth.

With this visionary approach, Velox Real Estate and Investment Limited continues to lead by example, proving that strategic support and investment in youth today is the key to a stronger and more prosperous Nigeria tomorrow.
