In a visionary quest to illuminate the nation and power up communities across Nigeria, Millwater, energy company and an affiliate of EnerixOne, has embarked on a historic project to revolutionize the energy landscape in collaboration with the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC).
Amidst the challenges posed by energy deficits and environmental concerns, Millwater’s partnership with NDPHC marks a defining moment in Nigeria’s journey to energy self-sufficiency.
With an unwavering commitment to providing sustainable and reliable energy solutions, Millwater stands resolute as a beacon of hope, leading the charge towards rectifying the energy infrastructure gap and providing reliable grid power solutions.
The company, with a robust portfolio of innovative technology and a team of dedicated experts, is committed to advancing the energy landscape in Nigeria while also contributing to the nation’s social and economic development.
NDPHC partnership solution offers 95% availability. However, armed with Kinetic Flywheel technology, Millwater offers to provide 100% availability to industries.
NDPHC’s extensive experience in power generation and distribution know-how, combined with Millwater’s expertise in renewable energy solutions, creates a formidable alliance poised to reshape the energy sector in the country.
The pioneering Agbara project is set to deliver 300 MW of power to industries in that axis, and with pilot customers already onboard, project delivery is underway.
Through this collaboration, the two establishments seek to identify and invest in projects that harness Nigeria’s vast energy potential. This will not only boost electricity availability but also create jobs, foster technological innovation, and stimulate economic growth in both urban centres and communities. Together, Millwater and NDPHC aim to establish sustainable power infrastructure that will withstand the test of time, ensuring a reliable and consistent supply of electricity to residential and industrial areas.
Millwater is cementing its place as a leading energy company, specializing in innovative and sustainable energy solutions. One such important way the company is doing this is by signing the sale of up to 300MW of power from NDPHC’s power plants to customers in Agbara Industrial Clusters under the Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) franchise areas, which has now been successfully implemented.
Vice President Kashim Shettima was hosted at the Industrial Estate, Agbara, Ogun State, on Thursday.
