The management of FBN Holdings Plc has disclosed that its audited financial statement for third (Q3) ended September 30, 2021 results would be submitted on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) by November 29, 2021.
The Company Secretary, FBN Holdings, Seye Kosoko in a statement on the NGX yesterday noted the group was currently undertaking the interim audit of its financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2021.
According to him: “In view of the on-going interim audit, the company is not able to submit the results of its operations for the third quarter ended September 30, 2021, on October 29, 2021, until the conclusion of the audit.
“Premised on the foregoing, the trading window for dealing in the company’s shares remains closed to all insiders and their connected persons until 24 hours after the release of the audited financial statements.”
The stock price of FBN Holdings, thus, depreciated by 5.15 per cent or N0.60 to close at N11.05 from N11.65 it opened for trading.
