Crunchies Unveils over 15 New Menu Items, Expands Food Offering Across 32 Cities

In a bold move to deepen its connection with local tastes and evolving customer preferences, Crunchies has announced the launch of over 15 new food products across its outlets nationwide. The new additions reflect a strategic expansion of the brand’s menu, combining traditional Nigerian flavours with contemporary meal options, and will be available in the 32 cities where Crunchies Fried Chicken currently operates.

The newly introduced items cut across a wide range of categories, offering customers more variety and flexibility in their dining choices. Highlights include Macaroni with Egg & Meatballs, Shredded Beef Sauce, and Chicken Curry Sauce, alongside local favourites such as Plantain Pepper Soup, Yamarita, Yam Porridge and Asun Rice. The brand is also strengthening its presence in traditional cuisine with the introduction of popular Nigerian soups like Egusi and Vegetable Soup, catering to customers seeking more indigenous meal options.

In addition, Crunchies is making a deliberate push into regional delicacies, particularly in the South-West, with offerings such as Local Rice, Efo Riro, and Amala served with Ewedu and Gbegiri. This expansion signals a broader commitment to representing Nigeria’s diverse food culture while maintaining the convenience and accessibility associated with the brand.

According to the company’s MD/CEO, Muka Ohaeji, the new product rollout is driven by customer demand for greater variety, local authenticity, and everyday meal options beyond traditional fast food. By integrating these meals into its existing operations, Crunchies is positioning itself not just as a quick-service restaurant but as a more comprehensive food brand for different tastes, occasions, and cultural preferences.

Customers can access the new menu items through multiple channels, including the Crunchies website, mobile app, and WhatsApp service line, or by visiting any Crunchies outlet nationwide. This multi-channel availability ensures that the new offerings are easily accessible, whether customers choose to dine in, order online, or request delivery.

With this launch, Crunchies continues to evolve its brand beyond its core offerings, embracing a more diverse and inclusive menu strategy that reflects the richness of Nigerian cuisine while meeting the convenience needs of modern consumers.
