The Chairman and President of Domak Group International, Dr. Kingsley Mike Azonobi, is celebrating his 50th birthday today, marking the golden jubilee anniversary with a trail of notable professional achievements and growing recognition across Africa’s real estate and development sector.
One of the highlights of the milestone celebration is his recent honour by Weldios University, Windhoek, Namibia, where he received an Honorary Doctorate Degree (Honoris Causa) in Built Environment.
Dr. Azonobi is widely regarded as an influential figure in Nigeria’s real estate and property development space, particularly in the North Central region.
Under his leadership, Domak Group recently entered into a landmark partnership with the Nasarawa State Government for the construction of 25,000 housing units in Karu Local Government Area, a project aimed at addressing housing deficits and boosting economic activity in the state.
Beyond housing development, Domak Group International has also demonstrated commitment to youth empowerment and education. Last year, the company partnered with the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) to unveil plans for a nationwide entrepreneurship summit targeted at students in tertiary institutions across the country.
Last year, Dr. Azonobi’s contributions to the real estate sector earned him the Real Estate Man of the Year award, further cementing his reputation as a key player in nation-building initiatives.
He has also been recognised under the Nigeria Most Influential Award (NMIA), organised by VGlamour Magazine, which celebrates outstanding personalities and organisations making significant impacts in both public and private sectors.
In addition to business and philanthropy, Dr. Azonobi has shown strong support for health and community development initiatives. Recently, he was decorated as Patron of the second edition of the Abuja Charity Marathon and received his kits ahead of the event scheduled for Saturday, April 19, 2025.
The annual marathon, which brings together runners, NGOs, corporate bodies and philanthropists, is aimed at promoting healthy living, solidarity and community engagement in the nation’s capital.
As he marks his 50th birthday, friends, colleagues and associates have continued to pour in goodwill messages and congratulations, celebrating both his personal milestone and professional accomplishments.
Among them is Alex Nwankwo, Chief Executive Officer of Amity Global Network, who joined others in congratulating Dr. Azonobi on his golden jubilee anniversary and commending his contributions to business development, philanthropy and national growth.
