As a young college student, he apprenticed under Neo Pele Concept, a highly respected figure in the fashion industry, dedicating his evenings and weekends to mastering tailoring.
While pursuing his academic path in Petroleum Engineering at the Federal University of Petroleum Resources in Delta State, Nigeria, he continued to hone his craft, balancing rigorous studies with relentless practice.
He later strengthened his technical background with an MSc in Engineering Management from the University of Huddersfield, UK, integrating analytical thinking with creative entrepreneurship.
Over the years, Esawe has built a brand that reflects both technical precision and artistic expression. FrancoBoss Clothing stands out for its ability to blend traditional Nigerian aesthetics with contemporary design, creating garments that celebrate culture while appealing to modern tastes.
According to the entrepreneur , his approach is hands-on: from conceptual sketches to fabric selection, tailoring, and final presentation, he ensures that every piece aligns with his vision for excellence and innovation.
Beyond creative mastery, Francis has earned recognition for his mentorship and community impact. In the UK, he was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Mayor of Rochdale at the Echos of Africa event, honoring his contributions to youth development in fashion.
