Born on August 25, 1993, Chukwudi’s childhood was different from that of his peers. While other children were content with the simple joys of youth, he was captivated by the geometry of the world around him.

His parents, at times, were uneasy with his intense focus. At age nine, he sketched his first building drawing, a sign of what was to come. He was a boy who would skip meals and ignore visitors, not for a fleeting distraction, but for an immersive world of lines and shapes.

His comic books were not merely for entertainment but a blueprints for his imagination.

His passion was so potent that it transcended his private world. At 11 year old, he boldly introduced himself to his friends as “Architect ABC Ezenwa,” a name that he carried with a quiet conviction and believe.

This early ambition found a tangible outlet in early 2000s gave birth to first business ‘AD Comics’ he co-founded with his classmate and friend Anyanwu Paul.

Even at their teanage age, they already have the vision to turn passions into profitable endeavors. They rented out their scripted and drawn comics for 20 naira per view while they in Junior Secondary School .

However, the most profound inspiration for his life’s work came not from a physical place, but from a virtual one.

In the confines of his home, underneath the dining table, his imagination was running wild. He had secretly installed a copy of Grand Theft Auto 4 on a partially faulty laptop.

Unlike other gamers, he wasn’t interested in the game’s missions or actions. He was a tourist in a digital metropolis. He would spend hours driving around the virtual city, a silent observer of its skyscrapers, offices, and intricate street layouts.

The Port Harcourt he lived in, with its modest buildings and chaotic streets, was a stark contrast to the towering urban landscapes of the game.

This contrast was not a source of disappointment, but a catalyst for his passion. The sleek, impossible skyscrapers of “Vice City” became the blueprint for his own vision, a dream he then called The Sliding Towers of Abuja.

The late, legendary architect Zaha Hadid, known for her radical and neo-futuristic designs, would later become a major inspiration, a professional beacon that showed him what was possible when one dared to defy conventional forms.

Looking back, Chukwudi recognizes that his creative journey didn’t begin in a structured classroom, but rather in these random, powerful moments of exposure.

They were the unplanned seeds that grew into massive ideas. The Sliding Towers was not just a concept but a commitment to push boundaries of what was architecturally possible in Nigeria.

This dedication led to the establishment of the GSS Group in 2018, a company that would serve as the foundation for his expanding vision.

With a keen understanding of the Nigerian real estate market, he co- founded GSS Realestate and Investment limited in 2019, established GSS Construction and GSS Production all under the GSS Group. Mr Ezenwa Re Launched the GSS Security Limited in 2018 with the goal of providing high-tech security solutions across the country committed to lead the security industry in Africa.

The companies quickly gained recognition for its commitment to perfection and quality.

One of his significants projects was his role as a developer and co-founder of Dubai Estate Awka, which would become the largest privately developed estate in Anambra state.

So far, the GSS Group Boss can boost of 3,000 workers on his payroll. This is undoubtedly, a remarkable feat that demonstrates his dual commitment to business and social welfare.

With branches in 12 states across the country including Abuja, Lagos, Owerri, Enugu, and Port Harcourt, GSS Security is on a path to conquering Nigeria’s private security sector.

This massive, government-backed initiative, sits of 12 hecters in the heart of Awka featuring an amusement park, water park, sports facilities, and cultural attractions, is considered a Landmark project. It is poised to transform Anambra State into a major tourism destination and recreation hub in Africa.

The Solution Funcity Awka Lot 1, constructed by Architect Chukwudi Ezenwa was commissioned by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, President of the federal Republic of Nigeria on 8th of May 2025.
