Philip Morris Limited, an international tobacco manufacturing company, has been certified top employer of the year in Nigeria following its commitment to excellent working conditions and best-in-class career experiences to its employees.
The company was among other eight in the country to be recognised Â for demonstrating excellence in it human resources practices and employment offerings that sees its employees develope personally and professionally through its selected programmes.
Top Employers Award is a result of a robust assessment process and meetings Â requiring standards to achieve the certification status. Areas of assessment in the certification process include Talent Strategy, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Succession Management and Organisational Culture.
