Murals.ng Launches Digital Platform for Commercial Interior Project Management
Murals Nigeria Limited has launched Spaces by Murals.ng, a digital platform and managed execution service designed to improve project coordination and transparency in the delivery of commercial interior projects.
The company said the platform is intended for hotels, property developers, corporate organisations and other commercial clients seeking to manage interior fit-out projects from design approval through production and installation.
Speaking on the launch, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Murals Nigeria Limited, Olufemi Adeleke, said the platform was developed to give clients greater visibility into project execution, including production stages, site readiness and delivery milestones.
According to the company, Spaces incorporates features such as site-readiness verification, milestone-based documentation and client access to project information, with the aim of improving coordination among project stakeholders.
Murals Nigeria said the platform also allows clients to monitor project scope, supplier participation, execution responsibilities and progress throughout the implementation process.
The company said the initiative was informed by challenges encountered in commercial interior projects, including disputes over site readiness, payment and project execution. It cited examples of previous projects in which disagreements arose over installation timelines and the quality of completed work.
However, the company’s description of those projects reflects its account of the events. The disputes, including one said to be before the courts, have not been independently verified.
Murals Nigeria said Spaces offers two service options: a design-and-execution package for clients requiring end-to-end project delivery and an execution service for clients who already have completed designs.
The company also announced plans to develop a network of suppliers covering furniture, lighting, fabrication and other interior fit-out services, with participation based on quality, delivery capability and pricing transparency.
According to the company, the platform will initially focus on commercial interior projects valued at a minimum of ₦8 million, including hotels, serviced apartments, office spaces and hospitality developments.
Murals Nigeria Limited, a Lagos-based company, said it plans to expand the service beyond Lagos to other parts of Nigeria and selected African markets.
