The 5-day training on Automation, Instrumentation and Control for 50 participants in Ondo State successfully ended today, Friday, May 1, 2026, after commencing on Monday, April 27, 2026.
The capacity-building program was executed by OFY MULTI DYNAMICS LTD in collaboration with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) as part of efforts to deepen technical competence and grow in-country capacity for Nigeria’s oil and gas, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
Over the 5 day, participants received intensive classroom instruction and hands-on practical sessions covering PLC programming, SCADA systems, process control, field instrumentation, calibration, loop checking, and industrial safety standards.
The curriculum was designed to align with global best practises and current industry demands.
At the closing ceremony today, a representative of OFY MULTI DYNAMICS LTD praised the participants’ commitment and performance.
“From day one, these 50 trainees showed discipline and hunger to learn. We are confident they now have the skills to compete for technical roles locally and internationally. This is Nigerian Content in action,” he said.
Participants described the training as impactful, citing the quality of facilitators and access to industry-standard equipment.
Many expressed readiness to apply their new skills immediately in the field.
Certificates of participation endorsed by OFY MULTI DYNAMICS LTD and NCDMB were presented alongside starter packs to all 50 beneficiaries at the end of the program today.
This initiative further consolidates NCDMB’s nationwide human capacity development drive and affirms OFY MULTI DYNAMICS LTD’s role as a key indigenous partner in advancing skills transfer and local content in Nigeria.
