Ofy Multi Dynamics Ltd, NCDMB Commence 5-Day Automation, Instrumentation, Control Training, for Control Training for 50 Participants in Ondo State

OFY MULTI DYNAMICS LTD, in collaboration with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), today flagged off a 5-day intensive training on Automation, Instrumentation and Control for 50 participants in Akure, Ondo State.

The capacity-building programme is aimed at equipping youths and industry professionals with critical technical skills in process automation, control systems, and industrial instrumentation — key competencies required in Nigeria’s oil and gas, manufacturing, and energy sectors.

Declaring the training open, a representative of OFY MULTI DYNAMICS LTD said the initiative underscores the company’s commitment to human capacity development and the federal government’s Nigerian Content policy.

“We are building a pipeline of skilled Nigerians who can take ownership of critical technical roles and reduce dependence on expatriate manpower,” he stated.

The 5-day program will feature a blend of classroom instruction and hands-on practical sessions using industry-standard equipment. Participants will be exposed to real-time process simulations and safety protocols in line with global best practices.

Beneficiaries expressed appreciation for the opportunity, noting that the skills gained would boost their employability and competitiveness in both local and international markets.

Upon completion on Friday, May 1, 2026, participants are expected to receive certificates of participation endorsed by OFY MULTI DYNAMICS LTD and NCDMB.
