Ogbu Jideofor Ikenna sells luxury smart duplex to Super Eagles Star Osimhen

A Nigerian real estate developer, Ogbu Jideofor Ikenna, has completed the sale of a luxury smart duplex to Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen in Lagos.

The property, developed by Ikenna’s firm, Premiumhomes and Property Consultants Limited, is a fully detached duplex featuring modern amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, cinema, home office, multiple living rooms, and ample parking space. It also includes a landscaped backyard and advanced security features.

Osimhen, who currently plays for Galatasaray S.K. in Turkey, was said to have visited the property recently and expressed satisfaction with its design and facilities.

The developer, who is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Premiumhomes and Property Consultants Limited, is known for delivering high-end residential properties in Lagos, particularly in the Lekki axis.

According to the company, the transaction reflects growing confidence among high-net-worth individuals in locally developed luxury real estate.
