The fruit never falls far from the tree, and this is clearly evident in his son, Ayo Sotinrin, the Managing Director of the Bank of Agriculture. Reflecting on the “good old days” during our time in school, Ayo was always recognized as a man of profound intellect and a natural strategist.

Even in those formative years, his trajectory was clear. He has always been:

  The funeral service at Holy Trinity Anglican Church was a beautiful reflection of the respect the Sotinrin family commands. Surrounded by family, friends, and associates, it was a moment to recognize that while Pa David has transitioned, his impact remains alive both in the industry he helped build and in the exceptional character of the children he raised.

He lived well, served greatly, and leaves the world better than he found it.
