Juliet Ehimuan to Lead Global Powerhouse Faculty to Launch ‘RISE’ Executive Masterclass for Women Leaders

As the global dialogue for Women’s History Month culminates this March, RISE, an elite Executive Leadership Programme, will on March 27, have its inaugural cohort of senior female professionals poised to transition from functional mastery to enterprise-wide sovereignty, as a new standard for executive excellence.

Convened under the guidance of its Lead Facilitator, Dr. Juliet Ehimuan, founder of Beyond Limits and former director at Google West Africa, “RISE is not merely a training initiative; it is a rigorous reorientation of leadership identity.”
According to the organisers, the programme will address a specific, high-stakes gap: the leap from leading a function to stewarding an entire organisation’s future.

As a faculty of boardroom sovereigns, “RISE offers unprecedented access to a ‘Living Case Study’ faculty. These are women who have redefined the economic and cultural landscape of Africa and the global market. This curated circle includes: Bola Adesola, chairman, Ecobank Nigeria; Bonita Stewart, co-Founder/MD, BAG Ventures USA and former VP, Global Partnerships, Google; Bolanle Austen-Peters, founder, BAP Productions and Terra Kulture; Ndidi Nwuneli, president and CEO, The ONE Campaign; and Funke Opeke, founder, MainOne.

“In a business climate defined by rapid technological disruption and geopolitical ambiguity, RISE equips participants with the strategic foresight and executive presence required at the highest levels of decision-making.”

The organisers added that the curriculum is a sophisticated blend of in-person intensives, virtual strategy labs, and high-level peer engagement, adding that: “It focuses on the core pillars of enterprise stewardship: navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems, institutionalising culture, and translating global insights into measurable organisational Alpha.

In her remark, Dr. Juliet Ehimuan said: “Enterprise leadership is not a promotion; it is a transformation. It demands the discipline to think beyond a function and the clarity to lead when the path is not yet visible. We are moving beyond the ‘celebration’ of women in history; we are equipping the women who will write the next chapters of global business history.”
She added: “For forward-thinking organizations, RISE represents a critical investment in the leadership pipeline. By sponsoring senior talent, corporations ensure their top-tier female leaders possess the resilience and innovative capacity to lead across business units and drive sustainable growth in dynamic markets. RISE is a selective programme designed for senior executives, directors, and established entrepreneurs.”
Ehimuan disclosed that the Inaugural Cohort Launch will take place on March 27, 2026 (Women’s History month), while inquiries and registration are on beyondlimits.global/rise
She described Beyond Limits as a premium leadership and organizational effectiveness agency founded by her, adding that the firm specializes in transforming high-potential individuals into high-performance leaders through strategic coaching, digital transformation, and executive development.
