She often experimented at home using her mother’s makeup—sometimes to her mother’s amusement, sometimes to mild scolding. She enrolled in an intensive two-month program, excelled, and graduated among the top three trainees. This experience provided hands on exposure in a studio environment and marked the first concrete step toward building her career.

Although financial constraints initially prevented travel, she persisted, made strategic payments, and successfully imported her first products into Nigeria.
