CW Real Estate Hosts the CW Real Estate Academy at Ikoyi Headquarters

CW Real Estate has reaffirmed its commitment to advancing real estate education with the successful second edition of the CW Real Estate Academy Masterclass, held at the prestigious CWRE Lagos Head Office in Ikoyi. The intensive three day program welcomed forty (40) diverse individuals including real estate professionals, those with little to no experience and graduates of real estate related courses. From November 19th to 21st, 2024, participants experienced a fully immersive learning environment designed to equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive in the real estate sector. The curriculum delivered a comprehensive blend of sessions covering market analysis, pricing strategies, sales principles, legal and ethical frameworks, investment insights, property management, branding, business structuring and the latest technological innovations transforming the industry. In line with CW Real Estate’s commitment to accessibility, the entire three day masterclass was livestreamed on YouTube, allowing a wider audience to participate virtually in real time.

The guest speakers consisted of certified real estate practitioners, seasoned investors, entrepreneurs and legal specialists who offered practical insights rooted in real world experience. Each session balanced theory with application, enabling students to immediately translate classroom learning into actionable strategies.

One of the major highlights was an interactive workshop on negotiation techniques where participants engaged in role playing exercises designed to build confidence, strengthen communication skills and refine deal closing abilities. The intimate class setting encouraged active participation, personalized feedback and high value networking opportunities.

The academy’s chancellor, Delani Adewuyi, delivered a powerful closing keynote, sharing his inspiring journey from modest beginnings to becoming one of the region’s most influential real estate leaders.
