The Civic Center in Victoria Island, Lagos, came alive on Saturday, November 8, as IICOCECE Properties and Investment Ltd hosted the official launch of its flagship property tech platform, IGetHouse.
The event drew a distinguished audience of real estate professionals, EDC alumni leaders, tech founders, and investors all gathered to experience how IGetHouse is redefining access to property ownership across Africa.

Mrs. Faith Olumba, General Manager of IICOCECE, remarked, “We have built IGetHouse not just as a marketplace, but as a bridge — connecting people to verified properties and a future where home ownership is smarter, faster, and more transparent.”
A key highlight of the event was the active presence and support of the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) Alumni community, underscoring the product’s credibility and alignment with innovation-driven entrepreneurship.
PRO of the EDC Alumni Association, Mr. Ayodeji Peter Falope, shared his thoughts: “What IGetHouse represents is a bold, timely solution to one of Africa’s most persistent problems. It’s exciting to see innovation meet real need in such a practical, user-friendly way.”
