Seedspike Technologies Limited, the parent company of FeedMe, has emerged as one of the Top startups at the just-concluded Orange Corners Nigeria Cohort 12 Incubation Program Close-out Ceremony, held recently in Lagos.

The company secured a €10,000 innovation grant in recognition of its groundbreaking approach to improving fresh food distribution across Nigeria.
The Orange Corners Nigeria incubation program, an initiative of the Kingdom of the Netherlands implemented by FATE Foundation, supports early-stage entrepreneurs through training, mentorship, and funding to scale sustainable ventures, driving social and economic impact.

Seedspike’s flagship product, FeedMe, launched less than a year ago, connects farmers and food vendors directly to consumers and businesses through a technology-driven platform that ensures freshness, fair pricing, and traceability across the food value chain.

Reflecting on the journey, Ola Oluwatosin Oyetade, Founder and CEO of Seedspike Technologies, described the milestone as both humbling and affirming:
“Getting into the Orange Corners program just three months after launching FeedMe was a perfect intersection of timing and purpose. The six-month incubation challenged us deeply, from intensive workshops, case studies, and fieldwork to countless pitches, but it sharpened our vision and strengthened our team. Winning this grant is a testament to what’s possible when mission meets persistence.”

Since its inception, FeedMe has recorded remarkable growth. In just ten months of operations, the company has expanded from working with a few dozen farmers and vendors to partnering with hundreds. Its customer base has grown from a handful to multiples of households, businesses, and aggregators. FeedMe also continues to build strategic partnerships, with the most recent being its collaboration with Glovo, the global on-demand delivery platform.

According to Abiodun Alabi, Seedspike’s Chief Partnerships Officer, he asserts that; As FeedMe expands its reach, the startup remains focused on its mission to make fresh, healthy food accessible to more Nigerians, while empowering smallholder farmers and vendors across the value chain.
The Close-out Ceremony was graced by distinguished guests, including His Excellency, Michel Deelen, Consul General, Kingdom of the Netherlands in Lagos; Dr. Segun Ogunsanya, Chairman, Board of Directors, Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority and Airtel Africa Foundation; Adenike Adeyemi, Executive Director of FATE Foundation; Ikechi Onyeneke, Head of Enterprise Business Development, Stanbic IBTC; and Sonia Odije-Fajusigbe, Economic Policy Advisor (Entrepreneurship, Youth Employment, and Health) at the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Lagos, among many other dignitaries.

Speaking on the achievement, Aisha Agbomheikhe, Operations Lead at Seedspike Technologies, expressed gratitude and excitement:
“Emerging among the Top Finalists at the prestigious Orange Corners Incubation Program is a huge encouragement for our team. It validates the hard work, innovation, and vision driving Seedspike to make fresh food more accessible while supporting farmers and improving supply chain transparency across Nigeria.”

With the support of Orange Corners, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and FATE Foundation, FeedMe is poised to accelerate its impact, enhance operational capacity, and scale its technology for broader market reach.
