Imo- born civil engineer and respected community leader, Engr. Celestine Opurum, has joined the good people of Nwangele LGA and the rest of ndi Imo to extend heartwarming felicitations to Chief Johnbosco Chukwuma Ozigbu , Ph.D on his prestigious chieftaincy title conferment of Ikenga Igboland by the South East Council of Traditional Rulers, while describing Ozigbu as a rare philanthropist whose good gestures have touched many lives in his immediate Abb community and across Imo.

In a congratulatory message made available to a THISDAY, Engr. Opurum, who was immediate past President-General of United Isu Progressives Union Federated (UIPU) – a pan Igbo socio-cultural group that advances the unity and development of Isu people living at home and in the diaspora, stated that the road construction giant Ozigbu is a rare gem and one whose acts of philantrophy and urban renewal initiatives have opened up alot of communities, transforming them to modern cities in Imo communities.

According to him: “The conferment of the rare chieftaincy title of Ikenga Igboland on High Chief Johnbosco Ozigbu, Ph.D (Ogwuaga of Ogwuaga), by the South East Council of Traditional Rulers, is a reaffirmation of his rare qualities as a man of honour, dignity, and deep respect for Igbo rich cultural heritage, social anthropology , and language nuances.”
