Prince ThankGod Speaks for the Throne at ASO Fiesta 2025
Culture, royalty, and recognition converged in grand elegance at the 20th edition of the ASO Cultural Fiesta, held at the prestigious Wells Carlton Hotels and Apartments, Asokoro, Abuja. This year’s edition marked a significant milestone in the celebration of Nigeria’s rich heritage, blending tradition with the future.
Among the high points of the evening was the presentation of the ASO Prestigious Award and Special Recognition Awards, designed to spotlight transformational leaders and cultural icons across Nigeria.
One of the most celebrated honorees of the night was His Royal Majesty, Oba Oloyede Adekoya, Akinghare II, the Arujale-Ojima of Okeluse Kingdom, Ondo State. Though not physically present, the revered monarch was represented by his Chief of Staff, Amb. Prince ThankGod Michael Olorunfemi, who conveyed Kabiyesi’s heartfelt appreciation.
“We sincerely appreciate the organizers of the ASO Cultural Fiesta for recognizing Kabiyesi’s unwavering commitment to the development of Okeluse, especially considering his youthful reign,” Amb. Prince ThankGod stated.
“I also call on Nigerian youths to support Kabiyesi’s numerous projects—initiatives that aim to reshape our kingdom through education, empowerment, and cultural revival.”
