Born into a family of eight from the Iviukwe community in Etsako East LGA of Edo State, Mr. Audu Matthew Ogiede’s story is one of grit, growth, and undeniable impact. The seventh child in his family, Mr. Ogiede started out like many young Nigerians—hustling his way through different jobs in search of stability and success.

From working as a roadside sales agent, he transitioned into real estate, driven by a hunger for more. In 2021, he joined PWAN Champion as a consultant. Within just two years, in 2023, he became the top-selling consultant across the entire PWAN Champion network—a clear testament to his consistency, work ethic, and unshakable drive.

His rise didn’t stop there. Recognized for his outstanding performance and leadership potential, Mr. Ogiede was appointed Managing Director/CEO of PWAN Ultra, an affiliate under PWAN Champion, the same organization where he began his real estate journey.

His growth has also been shaped by mentorship, particularly under the guidance of the MD/CEO of PWAN Champion. With the right support and relentless dedication, he has built a strong reputation as one of the most promising figures in Nigeria’s real estate sector.

Today, his impact is being celebrated on a continental stage. Mr. Ogiede is currently in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he is receiving an Award of Excellence at the Under 40 CEOs Awards—a pan-African platform that honours exceptional young leaders making bold moves across Africa.
