OKPURUGHRE FOUNDATION Brings Joy to Ethiope West Schools with Massive Donation

OKPURUGHRE FOUNDATION FOR EDUCATION AND SPORTS DEVELOPMENT today began the distribution of 100m writing materials across schools in Ethiope West!

The items are 70,000 pieces of 80 leaves, 70,000 pieces of 60 leaves, 30,000 pieces of 40 leaves, 40,000 pieces of 2A and 2B exercise books, 20,000 pieces of drawing books, 20,000 pieces of rulers, 20,000 pieces of pen, 20,000 pieces of erasers, 20,000 pieces of pencils, 20,000 pieces of sharpeners, one hundred high quality football and five hundred jerseys.

The distribution began earlier today in Oghareki, with the team making a stop at 8 schools.

According to the leadership of the foundation, the donations are being done in honour of the memory of Late. Pa. Ufuoma Okpurughre and they will visit all primary schools (48) and select secondary schools in Ethiope West, with plans to also extend the kind gesture to neighbouring LGAs.

Each pupil from KG 1 to Primary 6 was presented with a minimum of five notes books, 1 pencil, 1 pen, 1 sharpener, 1 eraser and 1 ruler!
