He currently serves as the Sales and Operations Director at Diversey Africa, playing a pivotal role in the company’s mission to provide hygiene, infection prevention, and cleaning products and technology.

His leadership extends beyond borders, as he also serves as project lead in several African countries, including Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, South Africa, Rwanda, Mozambique, Congo, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Diversey, a part of the Solenis group, is a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals used in water-intensive industries, and Dada’s expertise is instrumental in driving the company’s growth in these markets.

Before joining Diversey Africa, Dada served as a Line Manufacturing Manager in the Brewing Department at Nigeria Breweries Plc.

In this role, he was responsible for deploying manpower and equipment to produce both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to strict process and packaging specifications.

His commitment to quality management systems, including HACCP and TQM principles, ensured the proper storage and management of raw materials and additives essential for production.

This foundational experience laid the groundwork for Dada’s future success in sales and supply chain innovation.

Dada also emphasised the importance of data-driven decision-making in sales and supply chain management. “Data is a powerful asset,” he states. “Businesses that harness the power of data analytics can gain valuable insights into customer behaviour, market trends, and operational efficiencies.”
