Candace Ebhomielen-Uaboi Named GAH Real Estate Developer of the Year

With nearly two decades of experience, Candace’s journey in real estate has been defined by her passion for design, construction, and problem-solving. Her love for the industry began in her childhood and was further shaped by her engineering education at Benson Idahosa University.

In 2018, she co-founded Blue Dutch Limited, initially as a marketing firm, before transitioning in 2022 to focus on real estate development and sales. Under her leadership, Blue Dutch has become synonymous with safe and profitable investments, delivering high-quality services such as land acquisition, property sales, and investment consultancy.
