The planned outage will last from 9 am to 5 pm daily for the six days.

The announcement was contained in a statement issued by the company’s Head of Corporate Communications, Dr. Friday Elijah, on Saturday in Jos.

Elijah explained that the planned outage by the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) was to enable its local engineering, procurement, and construction contractors make installations.

‘’Please note that there will be an increase in load shedding during this period as the 330KV Jos complex will remain on supply via the Kaduna-Jos 330KV line.”

He urged customers to be patient and bear with the situation, assuring that the exercise will improve services in the aftermath.
