The Appeal Committee set up by the All Progressives Congress (APC) to look into complaints that may arise from the party’s congress in Ogun State, arrived Abeokuta yesterday for the assignment.
Speaking with journalists at a news conference at the party’s secretariat in Abeokuta, the Chairman of the Appeal Committee, Hon. Patrick Obagiagbon, promised that the panel would be very thorough in its assignment.
Obahiagbon, who was supported by other members, said the committee, would be at Conference Hotel, Okemosan, to receive petitions within the next 48 hours.
He said the numbers of days that the panel would sit, would depend on number of petitions.
He, however, disclosed that the committee has not received any petition to date.
