Fast-rising Afro Pop Star Duprie Drops Hit Track, Le Ndem

After establishing himself on the music scene a few years ago with his hit singles Pull Up, Playboy, and the recently released viral hit, Le Ndem, singer-songwriter Duprie has earned his place among the fastest rising artiste of his generation.

While the artiste continues to display his tremendous skills and versatility, he noted that the music he makes is not in conformity to what is trending, rather based on inspiration.

He added: “At the moment, I have released three singles. My work so far is a representation of my versatility as an artiste and how much I am willing to experiment with my art. The fact that all three singles sound completely different clearly explains that.”

Duprie shares with entertainment reporters that the inspirations behind this body of works are primarily based on the emphasis he places on expressing himself musically. According to him, he lets his reality take over his subconscious and bring about beautiful melodies.

The Afro singer, however, gushes about his EP. He emphasised that all the singles he will release in anticipation of the EP will have videos. For the EP, he and his team plan to shoot videos for at least three songs. “That number could change at any time.”
