THE JOKE IS NO LONGER FUNNY

When I first heard of Dogecoin, I thought they said Dodgy coin which would be a fake and fun version of Bitcoin, but it was actually a real and fun version. It was started as a joke, but the joke has become a farce really.

From nothing but imagination and a computer has come something ‘worth’ $50 billion, partially due to people trying to get it to a $1 value despite basically being worthless.

If an apparently joke cryptocurrency can rise up so fast in value, it can also go down just as fast, as could the slightly more credible Bitcoin. Maybe it’s time to get some physical paper, or plastic currency and stick it under a mattress where it will earn just about as much interest as it would in a bank.

It’s time to stop and return to the real world where coins are made of metals despite COVID and all of the other problems.
