TAMBO Mobile Launches in Nigeria

Nigeria phone market, which is Africa’s largest phone market, last week, received a major boost with the launch of TAMBO Mobile, designed with latest innovations to disrupt African phone market.

Launched with two distinct brand series, the Superphones and the Powerphones, TAMBO Mobile plans to change the existing game in Nigeria’s mobile market by giving phone users the best of experience in the use of the latest mobile phones.

Speaking at the product launch, the Managing Director, TAMBO Mobile, Mr. Roy Jiang, said: “With our Superphones and Powerphones categories, we will deliver value to the Nigerian mobile phone market with innovative products delivered with the best-in-class customer service proposition.”
“We also want to build a business ecosystem with our dealers and partners that will create jobs, add value to the Nigerian economy and promote sustainability in the social no business environment,” Jiang said.

He added that in the next few months, TAMBO Mobile products and services would take Nigeria by the storm, while explaining that the company is glad to begin the journey in building a brand that Nigeria at home and abroad can be proud off.

“The brand plans to put the customer at the heat of its operations with the introduction of customer-oriented after sales service and proposition such as the 100 days after sales support for all TAMBO Mobile devices purchased from accredited dealers and retailers. “Our customer care lines are also open and reachable 24/7, 365 days,” Jiang said.

Speaking on some of the features of TAMBO Mobile phone, Marketing Manager of the company, Mr. Gbenga Kolawole, said the two series of phones come with long battery life of 4000mAh, latest features and with affordable prices.

The Sales and Distribution Manager of TAMBO Mobile, Mr. Sanjay Anand, said the brand would target the generality of phone users because they are suitable for all phone lovers.
“We plan massive rollout in all states of Nigeria and in several countries in Africa, with Nigeria as a hub,” Anand said.
