He avowed that the award would help in energize the company to continue to deliver the best in terms of service and products. Efeurhobo dedicated the award to all subscribers on the company’s network for their support and belief in the brand. He also dedicated to it to the company’s trade partners that include major telecoms companies and others in allied business.

According to the organisers, the award is in recognition of excellence in leadership innovation. Smile was further commended for its giant strides in the nation’s telecommunications landscape. Smile Nigeria was commended for innovative services that have helped Nigerian Internet consumers to access the best possible broadband solutions.

The company was also hailed for the sustenance of high-speed broadband service, which it avails its consumers in major cities across the country. The organisers also noted that Smile’s contribution to the development of Nigeria and indeed Africa’s economy is very significant and commendable. They therefore urged Smile not to rest on its oars but to continue to remain responsive to its teeming customers and committed to the nation’s growth and development.
