Embattled Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr. Timi Frank, has felicitated with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Yakubu Dogara, on the occasion of his 50th birthday.
In a statement sent to THISDAY on Tuesday, Frank described Dogara as the peoples speaker, a torchbearer for the younger generation.
