Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited has ramped up its footprint in the Nigerian beverage market with the launch of three new variants toÂ its Five Alive brand.
The latest additions, 35cl 5Alive Tropical, 35cl 5Alive Apple and 85cl 5Alive Pulpy Orange joined other sevenÂ flavours already in the market to bring to 10, the total number of 5Alive variants.
Speaking on the development, the companyâ€™s Marketing Manager in charge of Flavours and Still Beverages, Gbolahan Sanni, stated that the latest in the market Â further attested to Coca -Cola leadership status in the beverage segment and to offer consumers more varieties to choose from.
â€œThe additional variants to the 5Alive beverage family are quite refreshing. This juice brand remains one-of-a-kind in the Nigerian juice market and is regarded as the perfect breakfast partner. All the variants give consumers the mouth-filling and sensorial experience of refreshment adding to our â€˜Made-in-Nigeria for Nigeriaâ€™ range of beverages, Sanni said.â€

Â TheÂ company added that the newly-added variants would meet the needs of young people who love innovation and were adventurous, desirous of a refreshing change from the conventional juice drinks.
â€œThis consumer segment, mostly young adults aged between 20 and 29 years, are on the move and need regular juice hydration that can fit into their ever-busy lifestyle.â€
Â The New variants, viz.Â apple and tropical fruits currently sell at retail prices of N130 and 85cl Pulpy for N300.
