The Vice President Yemi Osinbajo will be the special guest of honour at the late Prof. Ade Ajayi Inaugural Memorial lecture on August 9 at the University of Lagos. According to a statement signed by the daughter of the late professor, Yetunde Aina, the Jadeas Trust Foundation which the late Ajayi founded would collaborate with the University of Lagos in organising the lecture. “The lecture will also feature a presentation from the Vice Chancellor of West Indies, Sir Hilary Beckles, on ‘History and the Pan African Nation,’” the statement noted.
