As part of efforts to bring wellness to every nook and cranny of Nigeria and beyond, Emzor Pharmaceuticals has restated its commitment to affordable and accessible healthcare through its various brands.

Stating this in Lagos recently to mark 30 years of existence of one of its flagship brand, Emzor Paracetamol, the Chief Executive Officer of the firm, Dr. Stella Okoli,said the loyalty by Nigerians for the past 30 years has shown that its paracetamol brand was contributing immensely to the health of the people, adding that they will consistently deliver time valued quality products and services to the delight of the citizens.

She said over the years, Emzor Pharmaceuticals has gone extra mile in ensuring that affordable healthcare was readily available to everyone, with the mission to see unlimited wellness among Nigerians. “It is our belief that a healthy nation is a wealthy nation. Therefore, we are giving the gift of wellness to our people, our nation and our world,” she declared.

According to her, Emzor has become a household name in the country and a leader in the pharmaceutical market that was known for quality products at prices that offer real value. “The company has a range of more than 100 high quality pharmaceutical products which conforms with international standards and are approved by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC). Also, till date it still remains the highest selling paracetamol in sub-Sahara Africa.

“Even when people see me outside the country, they call me ‘Madam Emzor’ while also reminding me of how their children grew up with the paracetamol brand.Nigerians from the remotest part of the villages are as well happy because we have been part of their children’s growing process,” she noted.

She said in its 30 years of existence, the company has attracted thousands of indirect employment to Nigerians, while it has over 600 direct staff who have continued to put in their best for the wellbeing of Nigerians.

He also noted that Emzor was involved in several corporate social responsibilities including advocacies on prevention of malaria in pregnancy, preeclampsia, hypertension, among others.
