Sandra Bremaud Fulfils Promise, Donates Desks to Secondary School

Filmmaker Sandra Bremaud has fulfilled a promise she made to students of Odonguyan Senior Grammar School, Ikorodu, by donating desks and chairs to improve their learning environment.

The donation was carried out through her media production company, SBE Dynasty, in partnership with Ernest Bremaud and Angel Ayoka.

Bremaud said the intervention stemmed from a commitment made during a visit to the school last year, when she and her team donated school bags, sandals, writing materials and other educational materials.

According to her, the visit revealed that many students lacked adequate desks and chairs, prompting the team to pledge support.

“While interacting with the students and teachers, we noticed a need that couldn’t be ignored. Many students lacked adequate chairs and desks for learning,” she said.

She explained that the team decided to return to the school to honour that commitment instead of waiting for others to address the challenge.

“Rather than waiting for someone else to solve the problem, Angel Ayoka and SBE Productions chose to become part of the solution. Today, by God’s grace, we returned to fulfil that promise by donating desks and chairs to help create a more comfortable and conducive learning environment for the students,” she added.

Bremaud said meaningful impact often begins with identifying needs within one’s community and taking practical steps to address them.

“Every child deserves to learn with dignity. Every act of kindness creates a ripple of hope,” she said.

The donation was warmly received by the school community, with students and teachers expressing appreciation for the support and describing the gesture as a significant boost to the school’s learning environment.
