Zotmann International to Receive African Achievers Award in UK
Zotmann International Limited has been selected to receive the 2026 African Achievers Award for Excellence and Visionary Leadership in Africa in recognition of its contributions to business development and sustainable enterprise.
The award will be presented at the 16th African Achievers Awards Ceremony scheduled for July 22, 2026, at the House of Lords, Palace of Westminster, London. The event is expected to bring together business leaders, policymakers, diplomats and other stakeholders from across Africa and beyond.
According to an official notification issued by the organisers and signed by the Co-Chair of the Screening Committee, Selorm Kogi Dake, the company was selected by an independent panel of judges in recognition of its achievements, leadership and commitment to excellence.
The organisers stated that the award recognises organisations and business leaders that demonstrate innovation, resilience, ethical leadership and a commitment to sustainable development while contributing to economic growth and community development.
The award also acknowledges Zotmann International’s role in supporting industrial development, job creation and investment initiatives.
Reacting to the recognition, the General Manager of Zotmann International Limited, Benjamin Uzoka, described the award as a significant milestone for the company, saying it reflects its commitment to innovation, operational excellence and responsible corporate governance.
Headquartered in Lagos, Zotmann International has operations spanning solid minerals and mining, manufacturing, commodity trading and real estate development. The company said it remains focused on expanding its investments while contributing to Nigeria’s industrial growth and economic development.
The African Achievers Awards is an annual platform that recognises individuals and organisations whose leadership and contributions have made an impact across various sectors in Africa. The 2026 ceremony will hold at the House of Lords in London.
