SIINKO Helmed Track Makes Viral Hit with over 3 Million Stream

Muzic and Ys.manrasta, the stars of the moment, currently they’ve a viral hit titled “Away”, the track which has garnered close to a million streams on Spotify and more than three million streams on digital streaming platforms, and continues to gain more and more streams, purely on fans and audience participation.

Speaking on how the collaboration came about, Muzic revealed the producer, Dede, was already working with Ys.manrasta.

“Ys.manrasta is a dope artist, my producer Dede had already had working relations with Ys.manrasta and when I finished my verse on the song he thought Ys.manrasta’s vibe would fit the track best” Muzic disclosed. “So Dede sent him the track and he absolutely loved it right away”.

He mentioned that it was obvious that the track would be huge almost instantly though it never occurred to the team at the time how big it would get in the online space.

“To be very honest with you, when we finished this record we knew that the song was big; but we didn’t really think it was going to get that big online until after we’d seen the streams growing and also the trend going big on social media, especially on the TikTok platform”.

A majority of this songs viral nature have also come from listeners themselves taking the song and using it in their content. With the song being used in over half a million tiktok videos, Muzic states that he hears people adding  their own twist and remixing the song the best part about the entire experience. “Its just so satisfying because it’s not like people are just listening to the song they are engaging with it, creating videos and adding their own twist to it” he shared.

Muzic claims that the song’s structure have a great deal to do with the songs success as he says that the mixture of his hook and the sped up Ys.manrasta verse makes the song engaging for people and is also easy for them to remix.

“So you can easily sing the chorus, Ys.manrasta came through with the fast, high-tempo rapping and the beat just gives people the space to add their own elements”.

The success of the song has undeniably had a huge effect on the artist, as he admits that the increase in streams has opened doors he only ever dreamt of. “I can’t believe this is happening, knowing that over 3 million people are vibing with something that me and my guys cooked up together makes it feel really special and it has also opened a lot of doors for me”.

Moving forward, Muzic confirmed that he is working on new material including a next single and an album in the works for next year with multiple producers. He did also confirm there are no plans yet to work with Ys.manrasta again but left the possibility open for fans.

“Right now I’m just focused on my next project, getting my next single out; but there’s just no telling how it may be with that record, it’s been an amazing track with Ys.manrasta that maybe there is another one down the line”.

While they are not signed to SIINKO however, the record label  has invested heavily into the record, played a big role in making the record to be successful and also owned the track.
