Prominent entrepreneur, business strategist and philanthropist, Nwosu Uzonna Nathan, has been honoured with the prestigious Youth Empowerment & Community Development Leadership Award of Excellence by the Coalition of Nigerian Youth on Security and Safety Affairs (CONYSSA), in recognition of his remarkable contributions to youth empowerment, business innovation and humanitarian service across Nigeria.

The award was officially presented during the North-East Youth Multi-Stakeholders’ Security Summit held on April 2, 2026, where distinguished personalities from different sectors were celebrated for their impact on national development, peacebuilding and community advancement.

Born on April 12, 1993, Nwosu Uzonna Nathan hails from Azia in Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation as a visionary entrepreneur and a results-driven leader known for his dedication to empowering young people and promoting sustainable business growth.

Nathan currently serves as the Head of Business Strategy and Marketing for Kazzy Plug Ventures, where he plays a critical role in driving the company’s growth, brand visibility and strategic expansion. Through his innovative approach to business development and marketing, he has continued to influence and mentor aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly among the younger generation.

Beyond the corporate space, Nwosu Uzonna Nathan is widely admired for his passion for community service and youth development.
