Olugbodi Honoured with Prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at HREA Awards 20

The Founder and Chief Resilience Architect of Oak Resilience Consultancy, Dr. Alexander Kolawole Olugbodi, has been officially recognised with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the HREA Awards 2026.

The ceremony took place on April 9, 2026, as a cornerstone event of the HREA Work Festival, Africa’s premier gathering for HR professionals and business leaders.

The Lifetime Achievement Award is a distinguished honour reserved for visionary leaders who have made an extraordinary mark on the profession.

 Olugbodi was selected for this recognition based on his decades of unwavering dedication, exceptional leadership, and lasting influence on human resources, workforce development, and organisational excellence.
