Prominent Cultural Promoter, Lilian Ogechi Says Nma Ala-Igbo Award Inspiration to do More

A prominent promoter of Igbo culture and the founder of Adaigbo Global, Lilian Ogechi has expressed appreciation over her recognition and induction into Hall of Fame by Nma Ala-Igbo Entertainment, saying it is an inspiration to do more.

A popular figure on Facebook through her brand, Adaigboglobal, Ogechi in a social media post said the award is not personal but product of a collective effort made in promoting the culture, values, and heritage of Igbo people.

“I am deeply honoured and sincerely grateful to receive this recognition from Nma Alaigbo, one of the foremost promoters of Igbo culture and entertainment on Facebook.

“This award is not just a personal achievement, but a testament that every effort made in promoting our people, culture, values, and heritage is seen and appreciated”, she said in a highly engaged Facebook post.

The post which has since garnered over 1,200 reactions and over 300 comments has attracted massive goodwill from her followers.

One of the comments reads, “I do not know how to extend my personal gratitude to you, but must let you know that you are one of the best gifts God has given to we igbos. I always feel happy and blessed watching your clips. May God bless you my dear sister. If we can get five of your type promoting our image and culture, Alaigbo will be better”.

Another says, “Our visionary Ada, Ada mji eme onu, Ada Igbo nile, you deserve more than that. You don’t know how dearly you are to us. Congratulations”.

She also urged all citizens of Igbo land to continue to promote Igbo culture wherever they are within and outside the country.
