Amb. Ayoola, who is the Chief Executive Officer of Trash Movers Nigeria Limited and founder of TAT Fragrance Nigeria, urged women to use the global celebration as a moment of reflection and action toward gender equality.

Speaking in a message to commemorate the day, the Public Relations practitioner emphasized that empowering women economically remains a critical step toward achieving sustainable development and inclusive growth.
According to her, women must continue to challenge societal barriers by investing in education, entrepreneurship, and leadership opportunities.

Amb. Ayoola also encouraged women to support one another, noting that collaboration and mentorship among women are key to creating lasting progress.

She further urged policymakers and institutions to strengthen policies that promote equal opportunities for women in business, governance, and innovation.

“As women, we must rise beyond limitations and actively create opportunities that will empower not only ourselves but the generations coming behind us,” she said.
