The International Forum for Peace and Diplomacy (IFPD) has appointed Oseni Gbolahan as the Special Envoy for Sustainable Development and Investment in Africa.
Gbolahan is an entrepreneur, global-minded development advocate, and transformational business leader. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Domrad Homes and Properties Ltd, a fast-rising real estate development and construction company setting new benchmarks for quality, innovation, and excellence in Africa’s built environment.
He also serves as the President and Founder of Ultimate Vibrant Realtors Group, the fastest-growing real estate brokerage firm in Sub-Saharan Africa, with a formidable network of over 20,000 professional realtors operating across multiple markets.
He is also the Chairman of 001 Autos International Ltd and the Founder of the Oseni Gbolahan Foundation / Empowerment Initiatives, platforms through which he has consistently advanced entrepreneurship, skills development, and economic inclusion, particularly for young people. Through these initiatives, he has positioned enterprise as a powerful tool for social stability, opportunity creation, and long-term development.
A strong force in investment mobilization, Ambassador Gbolahan has facilitated and attracted significant foreign and domestic investments into Lagos and several other states in Nigeria, contributing to infrastructure growth, housing delivery, job creation, and private-sector expansion. His work reflects a deep understanding of how policy, capital, and enterprise can intersect to drive sustainable national and regional development.
A passionate champion of youth empowerment and leadership development, Gbolahan recently empowered over 4,000 youths at the Ultimate Conference 2025, held in Maryland, Lagos. It was one of the largest youth-focused entrepreneurship and leadership conferences in the region.
The initiative reinforced his belief that Africa’s greatest asset is its youth, and that strategic investment in human capital is essential for peace and prosperity.
Recognised as a forward-thinking leader, Gbolahan is known for his clarity of vision, disciplined execution, and strong zeal for advocating peace through economic empowerment.
As the special envoy, Gbolahan will work closely with governments, development partners, investors, and international institutions to advance sustainable infrastructure and real estate development, strategic investment promotion and capital inflows into Africa.
Others are youth entrepreneurship, job creation, and skills development, private-sector-driven development financing, and peacebuilding through inclusive economic growth and opportunity.
In his reaction, he described sustainable investment as one of the most powerful instruments for peace, stability, and regional integration.
He added that Africa’s future depends on bold leadership, credible partnerships, and long-term value creation.
Gbolahan’s appointment reflects growing confidence in his capacity to operate at the highest levels of regional and international engagement.
He believes this new role positions him as a compelling voice for Africa in global conversations on sustainable development, investment, and peace.
