At Millennium, Eze oversees a multi-sector enterprise spanning real estate, construction, finance, mineral asset management, luxury travel and strategic consulting. The Group’s expansion has positioned it as a contributor to employment creation and infrastructure-focused investment initiatives.

He is also known for his work in financial modelling and valuation. His advisory experience includes collaborations with major property developers such as Azizi Developments in Dubai, supporting African investors in accessing high-performing international assets. He is the convener of the Real Estate Formula Conference and has authored publications on property investment and market strategy.

In addition to his corporate work, he runs the EMO Foundation, which focuses on youth development, education initiatives and community support.

Public voting for the CEOs Network Africa Awards 2025 is open to Nigerians, members of the African diaspora and international participants. Votes can be cast via the organization’s official website.
