In a bid to recognize and celebrate professionals driving revenue growth in Africa’s private and public sectors, B4B Partners has unveiled the top 25 honourees of its inaugural Africa Revenue Makers Awards (ARMA). The awards aim to acknowledge the strategic roles of revenue leaders in determining the growth and sustainability of organizations.

According to Napa Onwusah, Founder of B4B Partners and Convener of ARMA, “This recognition is not about celebrity visibility or social popularity. It is about honouring the people whose strategic decisions and daily execution keep organisations growing, unlock innovation, and transform nascent businesses into scalable models.”

The awardees include sales leaders, business strategists, revenue operations specialists, product growth managers, commercial executives, and marketing and GTM operators who have directly influenced business expansion, product-market fit, retention, capital efficiency, and sustainable unit economics.

Some of the recipients include Abiola Hadiza Giwa, Akinade Adejumo, Benita Riagbayire, Bukayo Ewuoso, Chika Akaeze, Chukwudi Uketui, Cynthia Alabi, Dr. Emmanuel Agu, Dr. Henry Ibok, Gertrude A. Umeh, Hannatu Kasim Adegboyega, Isoken Aigbomian, Lade Falobi, Milton Tutu, Monalisa Agbata, Norah Ikoh, Olakunle Awosanmi, Olumide Adaramoye, Oluwaseun Abraham Ogunmola, Oluwaseun Adeniyi, Oremeyi Akah, Precious Adesina-Ola, Precious Ekpuk, and Tayo Sowole.

B4B Partners’ initiative highlights the importance of revenue leadership in driving economic sustainability and competitiveness.

Historically, African business recognition platforms have centred on founders, CEOs, influencers, and investors, while the operational and commercial talent powering results has remained largely unacknowledged, a statement from B4B Partners indicated.

Onwusah noted further that in its inaugural edition, ARMA is making a clear statement that revenue leadership is not simply an operational role, as it is a strategic profession that determines whether organisations grow, stall, or fail. By spotlighting excellence across award categories including customer hero, growth catalyst, revenue orchestrator, the rainmaker, visionary revenue leader, ARMA reinforces that commercial capability is not an optional infrastructure but a core pillar of economic sustainability and competitiveness.
