AI product marketing educator Yetunde Ogunbekun recently facilitated a one-day seminar where over 150 small and medium-scale business owners were trained on the use of AI marketing tools for business growth, customer engagement, and digital visibility.
The seminar, held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, in Ikeja, brought together entrepreneurs from different sectors to learn practical ways artificial intelligence can support modern business operations, particularly in marketing and communication.
Sessions focused on content creation, social media strategy, audience engagement, branding, and the use of AI-powered tools to improve productivity and online visibility for businesses.
Speaking during the seminar, Ogunbekun encouraged participants to embrace technology as an advantage rather than something to fear.
“AI is not here to replace creativity, ” she said. “It is a tool that can help businesses work smarter, save time, and communicate more effectively.”
Participants were also introduced to strategies for using AI tools to maintain consistency in branding and improve online presence across digital platforms.
Ogunbekun, a graduate of Lagos State University, has built her work around AI product marketing and digital literacy education, particularly for small businesses and emerging brands.
Raised in Surulere, she noted that many entrepreneurs are still unfamiliar with how artificial intelligence can be applied in everyday business activities.
“The future of business is becoming more digital every day, ” she added.
“The businesses that understand how to use these tools early will have an advantage.”
Attendees described the seminar as practical and informative, particularly because it focused on real business challenges rather than technical theory.
Industry observers say programs like the training reflect the growing demand for accessible AI education as more businesses seek affordable ways to improve visibility and compete in increasingly digital marketplaces.
