Kay Akugba set to launch new book, Celebrates 30th Birthday today

The real estate enthusiast, author and artist decide to celebrate his birthday with the launching of his book “Money is a Tool” which is to be launched on Saturday Oct 18th 2025. It’s an author biography where he talked about his inspiration, upbringing and what have shaped his mindset to the person he is becoming

The author went further in mentioning key roles and important of mentorship as a paramount tool in his success he talked about the the philosophy of money he also talked about how he organized his first live concert sharing how all you need is the desire to achieve a goal and that’s the starting point of every great successful thing that’s ever achieved

The author humble beginning where he felt he lost everything he had especially after losing his Mother at a very tender age of 15, he was forced to grow faster and start taking up responsibilities as he felt the lid cover on his head was removed

He started doing all sort of odd jobs, working in factories, construction site, learnt how to fix and repair phones and laptops in computer village Ikeja, he shared how he couldn’t pay his transport fair to school causing him to miss his test examination in the university of ilorin all this different experience made him even more determined to succeed
