Olu Kemta Eulogizes Gov Fubara, Wishes him an Impactful Return to Office

A prominent monarch in Ogun State, His Majesty Oba Dr. Adetokunbo Okikiola Tejuosho, PhD, DPhil, Knight of Peace, Laureate of Peace (World Institute of Peace), Kesari Adabonyin-Ekun I, The Olu Kemta Orile, Alakemta Descendant, has taken time out to shower praises on his friend, Governor Siminalayi Fubara, following the Governor’s triumphant return to office to continue his good works in Rivers State.

Addressing newsmen in his palace, Ogun State on Sunday 8th September 2025, Oba Tejuosho was asked what he thought about Governor Fubara’s resilience and comeback. With measured calmness and heartfelt conviction, the revered monarch described the Rivers State Governor as “a beacon of hope, resilience, and visionary leader.”

“Governor Fubara stands as a towering figure of calmness, courage, and unyielding commitment to the welfare of his people. His journey to the Governance of Rivers State is a testimony to his perseverance, integrity, and a vision deeply rooted in the future of his state.”

The Olu Kemta Orile noted that Fubara’s leadership style was unique with combination of humility and foresight.

According to him, the Governor has consistently demonstrated an ability to govern with both firmness and compassion, setting a model for what purposeful governance should look like.

Speaking on the Governor’s achievements, Oba Tejuosho highlighted his monumental achievements in infrastructure, education, and economic empowerment.

“From roads and bridges to healthcare facilities, his administration has laid solid foundations for progress. Education, which is the bedrock of advancement which has has flourished under his watch—empowering countless young minds. He has also built policies that support small businesses and attract both local and foreign investments, ensuring that prosperity in Rivers State is inclusive and sustainable.”

The monarch further commended Governor Fubara for his calm and courageous approach to in the face of challenges.

“In moments that would have unsettled lesser men, he has remained a stabilizing force. His preference for dialogue, reconciliation, and collaboration has anchored Rivers State in unity. He embodies that rare quality of strength tempered with humility,” he said.

When asked if he had a personal message for Governor Fubara, the Olu Kemta Orile became reflective and deeply personal.

“To my dear friend and brother, I extend my heartfelt congratulations. Your achievements are not just victories for Rivers State but a testimony to principled governance. You have shown us that true leadership is not about clinging to power but about uplifting people and leaving behind enduring legacies. He concluded with a prayerful wish:
